No Cook Keto Lunch Recipe – Curry Spiked Tuna And Avocado Salad
From the usual tuna and avocado salad, we’ve added an anti-oxidant-rich powder – ‘The Curry Powder‘! This recipe is packed with protein, healthy fat and of course, it’s low in carbohydrates. The best thing about it is that there’s cooking or baking involved. Very easy to make, it only takes about 5 minutes.
Keto Curry Spiked Tuna and Avocado Salad

An easy, quick delicious no cook keto lunch recipe for busy days.
Ingredients
- 6oz Albacore Tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup Avocado, diced
- 2 Tbsp chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Curry powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, curry powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Fold in tuna, avocado, and celery
- Serve over keto toast, wrap it with a keto wrap, or roll in fresh lettuce or simply eat as it is every way its yum.
